Your data

A booking request asks for your name, email address and phone number. They are used solely to handle your booking: they are emailed to reception, are not stored on the web server, are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing. To suggest the display currency, the connection's country is looked up in a local copy of the DB-IP database (db-ip.com); the address itself is not stored. Conversations with the website assistant are kept so we can review their quality; please do not type personal data into them. The site keeps its own visit statistics (pages viewed, clicks, time on each page, browser, country and a shortened connection address, for 90 days) on our own server, with no cookies and no third party, to see where people get stuck.

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies only: “vda_lang”, which remembers your chosen language, and “vda_cur”, which remembers your chosen currency. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to hostal@hostalvalldaneu.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
