Can I bring my dog?
In the hotel, yes, and we keep dog beds. Dogs are not allowed in the hostal. Tell us when you book. Dogs are 15 € a night.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you booked here or by phone, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If you booked through Booking.com or another portal, the conditions of the rate you chose there apply.
Do I need a card to book?
Not to send a request. Once reception confirms your dates, the stay is paid in full before you arrive, and reception will tell you how. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, with every room, from 7.30 to 10.30.
Is the tourist tax included?
No. Catalonia's tourist tax is paid at the hotel: 0.90 € per person per night, from age 17 and up to 7 nights. Prices on this site include VAT.
Is there parking?
Yes, our own free car park next to the house.
What is the difference between the hotel and the hostal?
Two houses on the same street. The hotel (Carrer Major 69) is the bigger building, with a lift. The hostal (Carrer Major 46) is the family's stone house, with the restaurant. A hostal is not a hostel.
Is the pizzeria open?
The pizzeria, in the hotel building, opens in winter and summer. The restaurant in the hostal opens every day, all year.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4 in the afternoon and check-out is until 12 noon. Check-in runs until 11 pm; tell us if you will arrive later.
